I offer classes for all ages and abilities. Here is an example of some of the services, however, if you require something different, just give me a call!
PERSONAL TRAINING (1:1)
Specific programmes designed for body and mind, to help you achieve your fitness goals. Through fun and enjoyable training sessions we will monitor and review progress against your own goals, evaluating every step.
SMALL GROUP EXERCISE
Workout with your friends and share your exercise sessions with up to 4 other people (couples welcome). I use a range of HITT, circuits, strength and cardio sessions to keep it enjoyable. Feel free to approach me as a group, or simply get in touch to enquire about availability. This is a great way to get to meet new people.
Enjoy keeping fit as a family. This is a great option if you struggle to find childcare and want to keep fit. With my experience in primary teaching, all sessions are adapted to ensure they are appropriate for all ages and levels of fitness.
ONLINE FITNESS CLASSES
Keep fit in the comfort of your own home via an online, remote PT video session. These have become increasingly popular in recent times, with no need to travel anywhere! I will adapt the sessions according the equipment you have available.
